How BGMI Calculates KDA
In BGMI your profile shows K/D per season, computed as kills divided by matches played (not deaths) in classic mode — which is why a 3.0 in BGMI means something very different from a 3.0 in Valorant. Since you can only die once per match, every extra kill raises your ratio permanently. Squad players should also count assists: knocks that teammates confirm are the backbone of a good IGL's stat line.
KDA Benchmarks for Indian BGMI Lobbies
A 2.0 season K/D is solid for Platinum–Diamond pushes, 3.0–4.0 is Ace territory, and Conqueror grinders in India typically hold 5.0+ with high average damage (600+). Tier matters: a 3.0 in Crown lobbies is worth more than a 5.0 farmed in Bronze. If you're pushing Conqueror, play the first 10 days of the season and protect your rating with smart drops — hot-dropping Pochinki every game will tank the ratio.
