Who Is Aditya Jaiswal? The Founder of HangOn
Aditya Jaiswal is the founder and CEO of HangOn Interactive Private Limited, a gaming company based in New Delhi, India. He founded HangOn in 2026 to build what he calls the missing social layer for Indian gamers: one place to find players nearby, book gaming cafés, join tournaments and trade gear.
What Aditya Jaiswal is building
Under his leadership, HangOn Interactive builds three products:
- [HangOn](/hangon-app) — the app for players, free on Android, iOS and the web. Find gamers and squads near you, book cafés and arenas, enter tournaments and buy or sell gear.
- [HangOn Partner](/hangon-partner) — the app gaming venues use to list on HangOn, take bookings, check guests in by QR code, host tournaments and get paid out.
- [Deckon](/deckon) — a free app that turns a phone into a stream deck for a Mac, Windows or Linux computer.
Why he started HangOn
India has a huge gaming population, but players are scattered across WhatsApp groups and random lobbies. Aditya saw the gap first-hand while trying to find local players: nothing helped Indian gamers find teammates, join nearby tournaments, or even know who plays next door. In his words:
Gamers can play, but they can't discover. They can compete, but they can't connect locally. HangOn is built to fix that.
Background
Aditya studied at the University of Delhi and started HangOn in Delhi, where the product began hyperlocal before growing city by city.
