HangOn Guardians: A Badge for Our First 100 Members
Every community has its first members, the people who showed up before it was obvious. At HangOn we wanted to recognise them, so founder Aditya Jaiswal started the Guardians programme.
What a Guardian gets
The first 100 members who claim it get a verified Guardian #N badge on their HangOn profile, numbered in the order they claimed it. It's capped at 100, one per phone number, and checked on our servers, so every badge is real.
Why we did it
Early members shape what a community becomes: the tone, the habits, who feels welcome. Guardians are the people we listen to first as HangOn grows city by city.
